This week we got the news that Guild Quality has once again bestowed their Guildmaster Service Excellence Award on our company. We joined this independent evaluation organization in 2009, and every year since then we have received this award. But we certainly don’t take it for granted, because we know we have to earn it, customer after customer, year after year.
Each member company must submit their customer list for the year. Guildmaster then collects input from each customer of its members after the completion of their project. They may also do follow-up surveys once or twice afterward. The Service Excellence Award is based on a high rate of response from customers as well as a minimum of 90% indicating they would recommend the company to others. In our case, that rate is 99%! And that feedback is public – it’s available for anyone to review online.
And what matters most to us it is that willingness to recommend us to friends and neighbors. It’s your reputation you’re putting on the line as well as ours.
